Ross Township 100-to-200-Amp Service Upgrade

Water Damage Caused by the Existing SEU Routing

At this Ross Township home, the existing SEU cable had been bent around the gutter. That routing allowed water to enter and damage the service-entrance cable, making replacement necessary.

JJM Electric upgraded the home from a 100-amp service to a 200-amp service with new exterior service equipment, a properly routed overhead service mast, a new interior electrical panel, updated grounding and bonding, whole-home surge protection, and clear circuit labeling.

The completed installation corrected the water-intrusion problem while providing safer, weather-resistant equipment and additional electrical capacity for the home.
